The Tire Rack

I ordered a pair of rims from the Tire Rack and I received the order in two days. I thought the delivery might take about three to four days but the Tire Rack exceeded my expectations.

This is the second order I made through the Tire Rack and both times the order and delivery process was quick and smooth.

I next time I have to order something through the Tire Rack I would not hesitate placing an order with them.

DiscountTires.com has great prices. I placed two orders with the company. The first order I order two tire and requested that the tire be delivered to a recommended installer. The recommended installer balanced my tires and rims and installed the tires on my car, no problems. The delivery of the tires took a little longer than I would have liked, it took about four days.

I place another order for two more tires and the delivery is taking about the same amount of time. The order is taking a little longer than I would like it to.

I have not been able to talk to anyone directly at DiscountTires.com. when I call them I get a message machine, and their online support email returns an undeliverable message. The company uses Ontrac as their delivery service. I checked Ontrac's online tracking and they have an incorrect delivery address, I will have to contact them in the morning to have them correct their delivery address. Hopefully there will not be any further delays. The delivery is taking a little longer then I would have liked.
